Cut apart model 1 frame and adapt for Yamaha YG3FI engine, Ukrane gearbox 14 gallon fuel tanks with strap supports (instead of bungie cords).
Fabricate new braces add frame-mounted tail wheel and increase prop clearance. Weld frame and new plates. Re-align frame for proper mast and keel angles. |

Adapt fiberglass/steel trike gear axle for gyroplane frame. Design and install gear mount points on stainless frame.

Remanufacture rudder pedals and add anti-skid surface. Remove pre-rotation pedal (no longer required in new design). Install nose-wheel, nose-wheel pushrods and wheel steering mechanism.
Design and manufacture cyclics for front and rear positions, including pre-wiring and switch designs for intercom, radio and power-trim. Install walking beam and rotor control assembly.
Design and manufacture wire loom guide from mast to panel. |

Overhaul rotorhead. Alter main rotor bolt friction nut to accept cotter pin. Design and build "hat bearing races" to accept US SAE bolt instead of Russian metric bolt for use
with US-made rotors. Install rotors and connect rotor control rods to walking beam. |
